Change Org view, to accommodate PC

Hi All, '

i am not able to change org. view 002, to include GRC-PC. i want to include all the components in 1 org. view(say 002).

But my present config.(as below) does not allow me to do that. i get error " Changing the default view is not allowed for application component Process Control

Could you suggest, how can i achieve this
