Above mentioned are the tables used in MRS availability update and below is some additional information thet might be helpfull to you.
First of all you will get all the availability of your resources whejn you run the report MRSS/HCM_RPTWFMIF which transfers HR resources availability to MRS which is determined from PWS/ 007 info type/ 2001/2003/2004 etc.Additionally you can get the team capacity by the this report
MNT_MRS_CAPACITY_SUMMARY.
