There is a requirement from the client that women employees in Germany who are on maternity leave sometimes works as part time in the company. Currently in the system we are hiring the emp under a different pernr as part time for the period she is in maternity leave. But this solution is causing a lot of irregularities in SuccessFactor, AD Automation and other systems. No payroll and time evaluation is run for the country in the system. Its just the master data thats stored.
Could anyone help me on this.
Is there any solution for the issue in SAP to set this up by using a combination of IT0080 & IT597. If there is then could you share any document or notes regarding this.
