I am rather unsure then, how robust is MDG for materials in such a scenario.
If we do not sync ,then if a CR for change of material is sent from MDG to ECC (for another field) , it will also contain the old data (for MAP etc) which is not updated with Transactional data.
This will update the ECC master with old values of MAP etc.
Have you faced issues with any other view, data in Material Master due to such transactional data.
If yes, can you please let me know which views/fields and how did you go about resolving this issue.
