The requirements need to be clear for deriving the calculation rules inn PT or PY.
For your first example, can you please explain the basis of paying
- 37 Relief hours
- 37 enhancements
- 23 hours OT+1/3?
Are the rules as below?
a)Upto xx hrs - Relief hrs
b)enhancements hrs = relief hrs
c)hrs in excess of 37 - OT at 1 1/3
Further
d)Is OT not paid for work beyond the DWS times or specific times in a day, or Sat/Sun/PHol?
e)How are the xx hrs of Relief hrs determined? Is it same for all such employees? Or is it in IT 7 or somewhere configured?
