Error after accepting terms and conditions for free solution on SAP CAL

Hi All,

I wanted to set this up: SAP NetWeaver Application Server ABAP 7.4 on SAP MaxDB [trial edition]

But i get the following error when i click accept on the terms and condititions:  "We are sorry, we cannot provide you with the solution due to the results of an export control check."

I see lots of people referring to waiting for a subscription mail but i haven't gotten one (been waiting for the past 4 hours) and i have no idea how to trigger it.
