i had the same issue with my server, while doing the installation of SAP ECC 6 on RHEL and it was getting failed on 24 Phase of 27, and my server physical and virtual memory was also configured properly on the server, still the error was same, later i follow the below solution and changed my host file configuration and the issue got fixed

you also try this if won't work for you then check your server Physical/Virtual memory.
