Webi reports certified or Not

Hi Experts ,

Requirement :

The Webi reports which we build to be  considered as Certified. and migrate them into Production. Business People will make copy of our reports or create new reports and show them to others.

So we need to create a mark as certified or some symbol or indicator that differentiate between  a certified(reports we build) and not certified reports.
Presently we are using the Document author/Owner.

After we publish the report , our logic should look either CUID or report folder location to determine report is certified or not.

Please help with any solution to differentiate the reports as certified( reports we build) and not certified(others/ business ppl build).
