For the reported issue, can you please refer to SAP Note 2015784 and let us know the results?
It is a know issue and in order to resolve this, Install HANA Client 32-bit and 64-bit on the machine that is running the DIAPI Addon, DTW or B1iF.
The same is mentioned in the Note.
