SQL Analytic privilege best practice

Hi,

We have created few scripted view, now to control the authorization we are developing SQL privilege with the below given statement.

But I don’t find much information about SQL privilege creation, modification and binding multiple view or without giving any restriction.

And as SAP launched this concept first time in SP9 only, so we don’t have any graphical interface to create and modify the SQL privilege or convert
analytic privilege in to SQL privilege. We cannot transport it and only developer owns the ownership of the developed SQL privilege.

Now my Question is, do we go with SPS11 upgrade or should we manually create SQL privileges in all the systems.

And also maintain one common user to create this privileges
