We recommend that you create your own report using the data source - Outbound Delivery Items (SCMOBDU01_IT) to meet your requirement. 'Over the Counter Sales' details are available only in Outbound Delivery Items data source and not in any other data source. We tested the same and we were able to pull the correct information:
