Dear Experts,

any input please , i have a strange issue with specific MSS user

his Home Page gives the following error:

500 SAP Internal Server Error

ERROR: Extract CKMINIAPP does not exist (termination: ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE)

I have checked the following correctly:

- portal and backend and structural authorization.

- reviewed his org assignment

- user parameters compared with other users and employee configurations also.
