Employee Responsible in Sales Order

Hello,

if I create a new Sales Order the field Employee Responsible in Organizational Assignment is filled with the name of the log in user. My objective is that if I add an Account the responsible Employee from the account should be the employee responsible in Sales Order but it stays the user signed in.

I have searched fine tuning but didn't find the appropriate adaption. Could anyone help me with this?
