Will Availability check consider Vendor Consignment Stock and Customer Consignment Stock during Sales Order creation

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement below :

Will the system consider Vendor Consignment Stock and Customer Consignment (already stock showing in customer consignment for other customer) Stock during Sales Order Creation in Availability check. If so can you please help me how to. Complete scenario is explained below:

I have material A and has un-restricted use stock is = 100 EA

I have customer Consignment stock (customer X) = 100 EA

I have vendor Consignment stock (Vendor V1) = 100 EA

Now I am creating a sales order for customer Y for Material A for 300 EA. will the system consider all the above quantities in availability check and confirm the order?
