Hi Sulfath,
you have to specify the icon files in a PBR file (a text file). Add the PBR to your project. Powerbuilder will add the files to the compiled exe so you don't need to deploy them separatly with your application.
It doesn't matter wether the files are all in the same folder or in different folders.
