Hi,
It seems like Call Dispatcher crashed. The Windows error report doesnt reveal what is happening. To investigate this I ask you to create ticket to SAP and to attach two things:
- CD log on trace level. The log should be from the hour CD crashes.
If the lof is current on default levels please raise the level and wait for next occurrence.
- A dump file. Every time there is a component crash system creates a dump file (.dmp) You could search with *.dmp from sap\bcm folder.
Plus you should also let us know what was the version you upgraded from?
